• These approximate rates have been set by the Hampton Downs Motor Lodge and may alter, but for regular users of Unit 111, minimum stay of two nights booked through us, monza @ tops.co.nz we aim to offer a discount system so it is important to book through us, otherwise you will always pay the full rate.
• This assumes this unit is available and has not been pre-booked, in which case we will try and get you a direct booking via another unit owner.
• This discount does not normally apply to major and extreme events such as Rally NZ, NZ festival of Motor Racing, Superbikes etc, as the unit will probably be used as part of a corporate hospitality package or be let to the highest bidder above these published rates!
• Please book early to avoid disappointment as bookings have already commenced.
• The pictures shown are indicative only for furnishings, as unit 111 is a corner unit with a side window overlooking the final corner of the national/international track.
• Please note that even for some weekend race meetings not covered above, special rates will apply, according to the status of the meeting.  Please assume that for several classic and historic meetings, we will be probably using the apartment ourselves!
• Please note also that we do not normally a single occupancy rate so prices start at the two person rate.  Prices includes government goods and services tax (GST) currently at 15%, and therefore these rates will change if the tax rate changes.
• This is strictly a non-smoking unit and that includes the front balcony overlooking the track.
